Paris, 17/04/2020

Dear Customer,

In accordance with the precautionary measures decided by the government earlier in mid-March and following the announcement by French President Emmanuel Macron, on Monday, April 13, to extend the containment measures to limit the epidemic of coronavirus, until May 11.

For this reason, while keeping in mind the health of our employees and visitors, our company will remain closed until Monday, May 11, 2020.

Then France will gradually lift the lockdown. The country plans to allow commerce and schools to open first, cinemas, bars, museums and restaurants will open later.

Thus, we will not accept reservation for our walking tours, excursions and activities before May 20 at the earliest and this based on additional information provided by the French government.

To contact us, please send an email to booking@paris-trip.com.

Until then, Stay Safe!

We are all looking forward to welcoming you soon in Paris.

Paris, 27/03/2020

Dear Customer,

2 weeks ago, on March 14th 2020, due to the unprecedented closure of major museums and attractions in and around Paris (Versailles Palace, Louvre Museum, Eiffel Tower ...), as well as Night Venues (Moulin Rouge, The Lido de Paris, Crazy Horse and Paradis Latin ...) that are a major part of our Tours and Activities offerings in Paris, following government orders prohibiting gatherings of more than 100 people to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we have suspended our operations and services, and this until further notice.

Today, March 27th French Government decided to extend its nationwide confinement measures another two weeks until April 15, as the virus continues to claim victims around the country.

For the above reasons, Guided Visits, Day-Trips and Activities booked for March and April, if not already cancelled will be cancelled and fully refunded unless if one's asked us to reschedule the reservation for a future trip.

Most Guided Visits, Day-Trips and Activities for the month of May and Beyond are still planned and available for purchase as we hope things will get better by then.

To contact us, please send an email to booking@paris-trip.com .

We are looking forward to welcome you all in Paris very soon!

In the meantime, stay healthy and take care of you and others during these challenging times of COVID-19 Health Crisis!
